The EVMT ProgRess Limited Team
EVMT ProgRess Limited was set up by Mark and Heather Townley in November 2013. EVMT provides professional, independent guidance to large projects or change programmes across a wide spectrum of industries.
The EVMT team are still centred around Dr Mark Townley providing P3M services - this professional guidance is based upon over 30 years’ experience of successfully delivering complex projects in both the private and civil sectors - and Emma Townley responsible for business development whilst also providing marketing and social media support.

Dr Mark Townley ChPP, MPLSC
Managing Director
Dr Mark Townley is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and has over 30 years’ experience of managing complex project and programmes including:

Heather Townley
Company Secretary
After a very successful career in the NHS, Heather Townley has held several administration roles for various Hampshire-based companies and/or GP practices. Heather has also had experience of managing a document control system for GEC Marconi, Australia. Heather brings, therefore, a wealth of experience in office administration and is the Company Director.
Emma Townley MSc, CDMS-SMM
Social Media & Marketing Manager
Emma Townley joined EVMT in 2016 to become the Sales and Marketing Manager lead for the Company. Emma has experience from a similar role with Harbour Lights Cinema, part of the Picturehouse chain, and is responsible for the company website and marketing plan.
After a year out, where Emma took on a role as Data Entry Assistant at italk - part of Solent Mind Charity - she returned to EVMT to her role as Sales and Marketing Manager as well as Company Secretary.
As well as the general sales and marketing activities, Emma has been responsible for managing the Company’s school and university liaison; and previously the sponsorship of Adopt an Intern (AAI) studies. Emma is also responsible for ensuring that EVMT meets its commitment to the Association for Project Management (APM) values.
Emma completed and passed her marketing MSc at Solent University in 2019 and graduated in October 2021 (after it was postponed from 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic).
Whilst still providing work for EVMT behind the scenes, Emma took on the role as Social Media Officer at Arthritis UK (previously Versus Arthritis) and became a Certified Digital Marketing Specialist in Social Media Marketing after completing her course with the Digital Marketing Institute.
Emma has returned to her role at EVMT as Social Media and Marketing Manager full-time and looks to offer her expertise in social media, digital marketing, content creation, and photography on a freelance basis to businesses who need support in these areas.
